ANNUAL GOLF DAY & ANNUAL DINNER AND MEETING
ANNUAL MEMBERS’ GOLF DAY – October 30th
This year’s Annual Members’ Golf Day will be held on October 30th, 0800 shotgun start. This is the tournament where YOU get to pick your playing partner to form your 2-man team. You can choose any Men’s Club member to be your partner in this tournament.
For the TEAM to compete for prize awards, each participating member is required to have an established index and have played in a minimum of five (5) Men’s Club tournaments in the 12-month period prior to October 29th.
This will be a 2-Man Team Tournament using a Scramble format. Jeff Owens will be the TD (858-675-0087 or firstname.lastname@example.org). When registering on-line only one partner needs to register and when it asks for the number of golfers (0,1,2) enter 2 and then click Submit. You will be prompted to enter the second name which will be your partner. If you cannot find a partner we will try to match you with another single if there is one. Make sure you click the Confirm button.
Cost for golf and dinner is $ 60.00 (payable in the Pro Shop when you pay your green fees).
Cost for golf only is $ 40.00
The normal $5.00 prize pool will be collected.
Registration for golf closes at noon on Thursday, October 26th.

ANNUAL DINNER & MEETING – November 1st
Social Hour = 6:00 pm Each attendee will receive drink tickets for 2 free drinks
Dinner = 7:00 pm
All Members planning on attending the dinner/meeting will need to register using the paper sign-up forms (in addition to registering on-line if you are playing golf). Forms are located in the hallway behind the men’s locker room.
You will need to indicate your choice of dinner – Sea Bass or Short Ribs.
If you wish to attend the dinner/meeting but choose not to play on Golf Day you only need to register on the paper sign-up forms.
Cost for dinner only is $ 20.00 (Payable at the sign-in table the night of the dinner).
Registration for the Dinner closes Wednesday night, October 25th.

In accordance with the Club’s By-Laws, all Club members in good standing and in attendance at the Club’s Annual Meeting and Dinner, to be held on November 1, 2017 at the RB Inn, are eligible to vote on the Slate of Nominees.
